What could be expected when we return to work after Covid-19?
The health-welling and safety of our customers and team members have always been important to us. However, now with the COVID-19 outbreak, we are doubling our efforts and doing our part to prevent spreading the virus.
We would like to assure our customers that we are taking all the precautions and measurements to keep our stores in excellent hygiene conditions through the day:
– In case one of our barbers or team members don’t feel well, we are sending them home
– Deep cleaning every workstation after each customer
– Sterilization of the barber’s equipment using very strong sanitizer
– Sanitize all door handles and other common touchpoints
– We are using disposable face towels, disposable neck strips, disposable gowns for each customer.
As a Customer
– Book Online or walk in (online booking has priority)
– If any symptoms are felt you should stay at home for 14 days to recover and don’t attend any appointments until this time.
– if any symptoms are felt after your treatment you must inform us immediately and stay Home for 14 days ( we have to contact to all our customers on that thay to stay home for 14 days)
– wash your hair before coming to our shop
– wear a face mask.(is not essential)
Booking Conditions . Please read carefully
The use of the website, FADEINN.CO.UK, are governed by these Terms and Conditions in association with any terms specifically stipulated on individual pages of the sites in question. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this web site. BOOKING Online Occupation/Reservations If the FADEINN.CO.UK Online Booking system available on the respective site is used, the terms and conditions relating to availability, prices and cancellations apply to each Service price indicated and the user should carefully read the details provided regarding charges before completing the Booking process. Any special needs should be communicated while making the booking, although a response to these is not guaranteed.
PRE-PAYMENT NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING
The terms of the pre-payment non refundable booking require payment to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be processed and debited from the authorized credit card account. there is £2 Service Charge for our Online Booking Service. with online booking you have priority to walk in customers. Plase be aware that Customers can cancell booking 12 hours before the service. No refund will be offered for cancellations after this period of time. Changes or amendments to the booking will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered.
“PRICES FROM”
The prices denominated by “Prices List” in website and in the shop price list, are considered to be the lowest price available, per service, per person, for the respective unit (fade inn barber shop) up to the end of the current year and therefore, there is no guarantee of this prices availability every time a research is done in our reservations system (variable price depending on research date). Because these are already the lowest available rates, which may therefore include the promotional campaigns, no added discounts are applicable.
Check-in time: Please come 10 minutes before your booking, we will not wait for any booking, if chair is empty we will accept walk in customers.
General
The user is not permitted relinquishment, sublicensing or transference or any other form of any of their rights stipulated in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If any clause contained in these Terms and Conditions is determined invalid by a qualified court of law, the invalidity of this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses included in these Terms and Conditions, which will remain in full force and effect.
The non-execution by one of the parties of any right or expedient in compliance with these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a renunciation of this right or expedient.
